Rated at 4.3hp (@ 3600rpm), this 163cc air-cooled unit has a cast-iron cylinder-sleeve and a dual-element air-filter for superior long term reliability. Ultra-precise valve-timing and a high compression-ratio work to minimise fuel-consumption; while a multi-chamber exhaust system and helical cut gears combine to significantly reduce noise and vibration.

The Efco MR55-HXF is equipped with a three-speed power-drive, so you’ll be able to choose a forward-speed that best suits the grass-conditions, type of terrain and the nature of job (for example, you may want to select a slow speed when mowing around obstacles). It has an aerodynamically-shaped deck interior and an extra-wide discharge duct for outstanding damp-weather grass-collection; and it’s supplied with a cavernous 80-litre grassbag, which ensures emptying-stops will be few and far between (a mulching-blade serves to maximise available space in the collector).

Built to give years of service in the face of rigorous use, the Efco MR55-HXF Self-Propelled Petrol Lawn Mower features an aluminium chassis, aluminium drive-components and ball-bearing mounted wheels. A blade-brake allows the blade to be stopped with the engine running – great when emptying the grassbag; while an adjustable cutting-height (20 – 75mm) will enable you to achieve your preferred finish (the cutting-height is set using just one lever).

This model has a large-sized 53cm cut, so very large areas (up to 2500m2) can be covered with speed and efficiency. A mulch-kit is included.
