At the heart of the machine is one of Briggs & Stratton’s superb 190cc 825-Series engines. Built to commercial specifications, this powerful overhead-valve type unit will cope easily with long periods of continuous use. The Efco DR52-VBR6 Professional Wheeled Brushcutter features a three-speed transmission (inc. reverse), so you can select the most effective pace for both the type of vegetation you clearing and the nature of the terrain (the reverse gear aids manoeuvrability and makes it easy to get out of tight spots).

It’s fitted with a top-quality 52cm Sharp Pro blade, which will even cut through medium-diameter shrubwood; and it’s equipped with a pair of wide-profile, deep-tread tyres, which provide the grip you’ll need when working on sloping or muddy ground.
